Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lingao Jiaoyouguan Technology Co., Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China, operating under the brand name Travel Crown. By accessing our website at travelcrown.buzz, submitting an inquiry through our contact forms, communicating with our travel designers, or engaging any of our travel planning or concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, you must not use Travel Crown's website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients — collectively referred to as you or the traveler throughout this document.
Travel Crown reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, at our sole discretion. We may also modify or discontinue any aspect of our services — temporarily or permanently — with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to clients with active bookings.
Description of Services
Travel Crown is a luxury travel agency that provides bespoke travel planning, itinerary design, and concierge services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Consultation and needs assessment with an experienced travel designer.
- Research, curation, and proposal of tailored travel itineraries.
- Booking and reservation management for flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, activities, dining, and special experiences.
- Concierge support before, during, and after travel — including real-time assistance for changes, emergencies, and special requests.
- Access to exclusive venues, private guides, and experiences not available to the general public, where such access is within our network.
Travel Crown acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel service providers — including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, and activity vendors. While we exercise care in selecting our partners, we do not own, operate, or control these third-party providers. The terms and conditions of each provider apply to the services they deliver, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers. A booking is not considered confirmed until Travel Crown issues a written confirmation — typically via email — and any required deposit has been received and cleared.
When you request a booking, Travel Crown will provide you with a detailed itinerary and cost breakdown. You are responsible for reviewing all details — including travel dates, passenger names (which must match passport or government-issued identification exactly), flight times, accommodation types, and any special requests — and notifying us of any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation. Corrections requested after this period may incur amendment fees from suppliers.
Travel documents — including airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and activity confirmations — will be delivered to you electronically. It is your responsibility to carry all necessary documentation when traveling, including valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and travel insurance documents. Travel Crown is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to hold proper documentation.
Payments and Pricing
Travel Crown's service fees — including itinerary design fees, concierge retainers, and planning charges — are separate from the costs of third-party travel services (flights, hotels, activities). Our fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you commit to any engagement.
Deposits and Final Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit — typically 30% to 50% of the total trip cost, depending on the complexity and timing of the booking — is required to secure reservations.
- Full and final payment is due no later than 60 days before your departure date, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
- For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice. Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or other transaction costs are your responsibility.
Prices quoted are based on current supplier rates, exchange rates, and applicable taxes at the time of quotation. Travel Crown reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant currency fluctuation, supplier price changes, or new or increased taxes or surcharges imposed after the quotation date. We will notify you promptly of any price adjustments and, where the increase exceeds 10% of the total trip cost, you will have the option to cancel without penalty (subject to supplier cancellation terms on any already-issued tickets or non-refundable reservations).
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible, while reflecting the non-recoverable costs we and our suppliers incur when reservations are made.
Cancellation by You:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@travelcrown.buzz. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.
- Travel Crown's planning and concierge fees are non-refundable once itinerary design work has commenced.
- Refunds for third-party travel services (flights, hotels, activities) are subject to each supplier's cancellation policy, which we will communicate to you at the time of booking. These policies vary significantly — some bookings may be fully refundable, while others may be entirely non-refundable.
- Travel Crown will use reasonable efforts to negotiate with suppliers for partial refunds or credits on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond each supplier's stated policy.
Cancellation by Travel Crown:
In the rare event that Travel Crown must cancel or significantly alter a confirmed booking — due to force majeure, supplier failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of: a full refund of all monies paid to Travel Crown (excluding supplier-retained amounts we cannot recover), or an alternative travel arrangement of comparable quality (with any price difference adjusted).
Travel Insurance:
Travel Crown strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. A suitable policy should cover trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss or delay. Travel Crown can recommend insurance providers, but we do not sell insurance directly and are not responsible for the terms or performance of any insurance policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lingao Jiaoyouguan Technology Co., Ltd. (operating as Travel Crown), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or loss of data — arising from or related to your use of our website or services, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought.
Travel Crown's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Travel Crown for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.
Travel Crown is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, defaults, or negligence of third-party travel service providers — including airlines, hotels, tour operators, guides, and transport companies. Any claims regarding the performance or non-performance of such providers must be directed to the provider in question.
Travel Crown shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics or public health emergencies, strikes, labor disputes, utility or communications failures, and severe weather events.
Dispute Resolution
Travel Crown is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, we ask that you contact us directly at support@travelcrown.buzz to attempt an amicable resolution. We will respond within 14 business days and will work in good faith to address your concerns.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels as described below.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Hainan Province, People's Republic of China.
For clients residing in jurisdictions that mandate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms — such as the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform — we will cooperate in good faith with such mechanisms as required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Travel Crown reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
- For material changes, provide a notice on our website homepage or send a notification to clients with active bookings or ongoing engagements.
Changes will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of Travel Crown's website or services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
For confirmed bookings made prior to a change in Terms, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of booking confirmation will govern that booking, unless the change is required by law.
